HISTORY BEGINS

Founded by CEO Patrick Hong, Creditcard Services, Inc., doing business as Bankcard Services began its adventure with merchant processing and credit card machine services in the Los Angeles area.

THE FIRST BRANCH

In order to expand in the western region, the first branch was opened in Orange County, California.

START OF TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION

New millennium. With business trends shifting from traditional to digital, Bankcard Services strived to keep up with the technology development.

FIRST EXPANSION

Technology development leads to first expansion; the headquarter expanded and relocated due to continued evolution.

EXPANDING TO THE EAST

Not only in the Western region, Bankcard Services kicked off its expension on the east coast starting with the first New York branch.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

To support and show appreciation to the local communities, the annual scholarship program was organized; Bankcard Services engaged in opportunities to support the community and growth.

INTRODUCED DYNAMIC POS SOLUTION

Expanding from traditional payment processing services, new POS solutions were developed for restaurants.

GIFT & LOYALTY

Bankcard Services came up with ways to connect businesses with customers by providing benefits to both parties. Gift & Loyalty programs became popular during the holidays for small and medium-sized businesses.

ENDLESS GROWTH

Hard work is paid off; The HQ moved to Torrance for its endless growth opportunities.

MERCHANT ADVANCED PAY

It wasn’t just about payment processing anymore. With many different solution provided by Bankcard Services, a new financial solution Merchant Advanced Pay was launched to help small and medium-sized businesses get ahead.

NAVYZ IS BORN

By providing many different business solutions to over 26,000 businesses across the United States, Bankcard Service’s service mark NAVYZ was born to meet the retail needs and technological demands for all businesses.

RESTAURANT TAKES IT ONLINE

With endless technology developments, it was time to take the restaurant ordering online. Online Ordering Solution iOrderFoods unveiled, and we continued developing with the technology trend.

30 YEARS EXPERIENCE

We are now standing with 14 branches all across the US with eight solutions for businesses to operate efficiently and effectively. We have served our merchants for 30 years, and we will continue to grow and become the only choice in retail technology and business services.

PRESENT

Year 2012, we provided only 4 solutions and products other than payment solution. As of today, we service more than 23 solutions and products to our customers. More than 110Million dollars of revenue is our 2020 business goal.
